2018 - 2019 'Lost in Translation' Studies in John's Gospel
The New Testament was written in 1st Century AD Greek. Inevitably some of the subtle meanings and nuances of the original language have been lost in translation into English - whichever version of the Bible is used. This monthly course, led by Revd John Partington, looked at John's Gospel and sought to highlight some of those hidden meanings.
